Austin Pierre' Mason

Homegoing services for Austin Mason, 30, will be held 2 P.M., Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Rev. Cedric Rouse will officiate the service. Interment will follow in West End Cemetery, Madisonville, Texas. A wake will take place Friday, May 7th from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Austin Pierre’ Mason was born July 8, 1990 in Houston, Texas to parents, Eddie Mason, Jr. & Audurial Gilbert. He lived most of his life in Madisonville and was a member of Pool’s Chapel Baptist Church in Madisonville. He graduated Madisonville High School in 2008 and worked as a customer service representative for O’Reilly Auto Parts. Austin enjoyed fishing, trail rides and loved to hang out with his friends and cook bar-b-que (he always thought that he was a chef). Austin will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

Austin departed this earth May 1, 2021 in Madisonville, Texas. Those left to cherish Austin’s memory are father, Eddie Mason, Jr. of Madisonville; mother, Audrial James of Duncanville; son, Austin Pierre’ Mason, Jr. of Madisonville; sisters, Laketa Mason of Conroe; Courtney Mason and Ashley Johnson both of Huntsville; brothers, Eddie Mason, III of Madisonville, Eddie Mason, IV of Bryan and Equanty Mason of New Jersey along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Final arrangements are entrusted to Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas.
