Christy Noey

Christy Noey, 66, of Madisonville, Texas passed away on December 8, 2024. She was born on January 19, 1958, to Joe and Mary (Wilson) Trowbridge in Brownwood, Texas. Until she became sick, Christy was an active member at Union Baptist Church; she loved kids and helped with the nursery and Sunday School. Dogs held a very special place in Christy's heart, and she always wanted to help animals in need.

Christy was preceded in death by both of her parents; sister, Gwen Sharp; and previous mother-in-law, Belle Noey. She is survived by her son, Dennis Noey, Jr.; previous husband, Dennis Noey, Sr.; brother, Richard Trowbridge (Rita); sister, Cindy Oldham (Kent); grandchild, Waylon Noey; previous father-in-law, Billy Noey; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

A funeral service for Christy Noey will be at 11 A.M., Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Madisonville Funeral Home. Bro. Glenn Connor will officiate the service. Interment will follow in Reliance Cemetery, Kurten, Texas. A time of visitation will take place at the funeral home from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
