Dorothy M "Dot" "Wolf" Williams, 86, of Midway, Texas passed away on February 26, 2025, in Midway, Texas. She was born on August 5, 1938, to Wakefield Wiley and Carrie Harris in Midway, Texas. She lived in Midway, Texas with her loving granddaughter, Angela DeAnna Johnson and great-grandson, Joshua DeAnthony Brazzell-Johnson which she loved more than life itself. She was the loving matriarch and deeply loved her family. She will be missed.

Having attended school in Midway, Texas is where she met and married her late husband, Walter T. Williams. She would prove to be a loving wife, homemaker and mother to Fred Kelly and Shirley Johnson. Dot spent a great deal of her weekends spending time with her companion, Mr. Sonny Nealey playing dominoes and just laughing while having fun.

She would later enjoy many years of employment cooking at the Orange Cup Cafe, The Corral Cafe, The Cattlemen's Restaurant, Monterey Mushroom and babysitting for many kids throughout Madison County.

Dot was also a devoted and faithful member of Tanyard United Methodist Church. She and her best friend, Juanita Nealey served and cooked food in the kitchen. Dot also served the communion. She loved her coke and sprite and watching westerns, 911, and The Young & The Restless.

A Homegoing service for Dorothy will be 11 A.M., Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Interment will follow in Tanyard Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for one hour before the service starting at 10 A.M.

A repast will take place after interment at Midway Community Center, 5612 School Rd., Midway, Texas 75852

She was preceded in death by both of her parents; husband, Walter T. Williams; brothers, Clarence Cooper and Willie "Sonny" Cooper; and sister, Robbie Lacey; children, Fred Kelly and Shirley Johnson.

She is survived by her granddaughter, Angela DeAnna Johnson (Terence Perry); great-grandson, Joshua DeAnthony Brazzell-Johnson (Erika Browne); best friend and devoted fishing buddy, Juanita Nealey; and friends, Vivian Butler and Lettie Jordan; also her church friends, and numerous nieces and nephews on both sides of the family.
