George Edward Dietrich

George Edward Dietrich, age 75, passed away September 29, 2021 at his home in Hilltop Lakes, Texas. He was born December 9, 1945 in Houston, Texas to Weymond & Martha (Cermak) Dietrich. George served his country in the U.S. Army and worked as a pipe inspector in the oil and gas industry. He had lived most of his life in Pasadena, Texas and had resided for the past three years in Hilltop Lakes. George attended the Hilltop Lakes Chapel and was Lutheran in faith. He enjoyed playing golf, hunting and was a Mason and Scottish Rite Member.

George was preceded in death by both of his parents; first wife, Patty Dietrich; sister, Martha Ann Madsen and brother-in-law, Ken Madsen.

Surviving family members include wife, Renee Dietrich of Hilltop Lakes; daughter, Lisa Mager (Tim) of Magnolia; step-sons, Kevin Fravel (Laura) of Spearfish, SD and Donald Thompson (Meg) of Prattville, AL; one grandchild; one great-granddaughter; four step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandson.

Memorial services for George will be held 11 A.M., Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Hilltop Lakes Chapel, Hilltop Lakes, Texas.
