Hattie "Fae" Quinn

Funeral services for Fae Quinn, age 84, of Madisonville, Texas, will be held at 11 A.M., Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Rock Prairie Baptist Church near North Zulch, Texas. Bro. Glenn Connor will officiate the service. Interment will follow in the Rock Prairie Cemetery, adjacent to the church. The family will receive friends from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M., Wednesday, September 5th at Madisonville Funeral Home in Madisonville, Texas.

Hattie Fae Quinn was born August 15, 1934 in Madisonville, Texas to parents, Clyde Willie & Delia (Bartee) Skinner. She lived in Houston most of her life and worked as an insurance saleswoman. Fae moved back to Madisonville and lived in a residence very near to her birthplace on FM 1452. She especially enjoyed dancing was an avid square dancer until her health began to fail. She had most recently been a resident of Texas Loving Care Senior Living Center where she quickly became a friend to all of the residents and employees. Fae passed away September 3, 2018 in Madisonville. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; sister, Margie Windham and an aunt whom Fae considered a sister, Frances Bartee Harrison.

Surviving family members are husband, Brad Quinn of Madisonville; sons, L. Jody Garney & wife, Natalie, of Katy and J. Lowell Garney & wife, Whitney of Houston and grandchildren, Lauren Renee Garney & Megan Elizabeth Garney.
