Henry Herbert Cammack was born August 22, 1929 in Bedias, Texas to Elisha & Beula (Landers) Cammack. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and worked as an operator at Champion Paper Mill in Pasadena, Texas. During his time working at the paper mill, Henry would often travel to his property in Bedias, always intending to move there when he retired. About thirty years ago, he realized his dream and made Bedias his permanent home. Henry loved his land and spending time outdoors. Checking on cattle, fishing and playing with his dogs were just a few of the many things Henry enjoyed about country living. Although he and his wife, Juanita, never had children of their own, they enjoyed being around kids and loved their niece and nephews as their own. They were both members of the Bedias Baptist Church in Bedias, Texas.
When Henry became unable to care for himself he spent the remaining years of his life at Madisonville Care Center in Madisonville, Texas. He passed away May 2, 2019 and is preceded in death by both of his parents; wife, Juanita Cammack; brother, Cecil Cammack and sisters, Thelma Wagner & Joy Beherns.
Surviving family members are nephews, Randy Cammack (Vicki) of Deer Park and Keith Cammack of Pearland and nieces, Francine Bruggers (Ken) of Dallas and Debbie Beherens of Pearland. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
