Mary Elizabeth Fuller

Mary Elizabeth (Fuchs) Fuller was born on February 20, 1951 in Houston, Texas to Frank William "Bubba" and Edna Freida (Rustenbach) Fuchs. She spent her early years near Cypress, Texas. Later she would move to Madisonville, and then to Normangee, where she was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Normangee. Mary spent many years and made countless friends working in the auction barns. Mary lived a very full life with lots of laughter, a few tears, and even more love. Mary loved her husband and children, but nothing compared to the love she had for her grandbabies. It didn't matter how big they grew, they were still her babies. She loved to brag on her grandbabies to everyone.

Mary went home to her Lord and Savior on February 24, 2024 in Bryan, Texas, at the age of seventy-three years. She passed away as she had lived her life, surrounded by her loved ones and clinging to the cross.

Mary was preceded in death by both of her parents and step-sons, Shane Brandon Fuller and Thomas Gregory Fuller. She is survived by her loving husband of twenty-six years, Calvin T. Fuller of Normangee, Texas; son, Bo Emley (Jennifer) of Normangee, Texas; daughters, Misty Fuller (fiancé, Robert Laird, Jr.) of Corrigan, Texas and Melinda Swearingen (Rex) of Normangee, Texas; grandchildren, Lariat Emley (Kourtnie) of Normangee, Texas, Joseph Ty Emley (fiancé, Sarah) of Normangee, Texas, Tate Purvis of Corrigan, Texas, Trip Purvis of Corrigan, Texas, Cole Swearingen of Normangee, Texas, Cody Laird of Corrigan, Texas, Leahann Laird King of Corrigan, Texas, and Hunter Laird of Corrigan, Texas; brothers, Stanton Rogers (Phyllis) of Normangee, Texas and Billy Fuchs (Debbie) of Brady, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

A funeral service for Mary will be held 10 A.M., Thursday, February 29, 2024 at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Pastor Dwain Pollard will officiate the service. A time of visitation and reminiscing will take place Wednesday, February 28th from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the funeral home.
