Patricia Ann Phillips

Patricia Ann Phillips, 73, of Madisonville, Texas passed away on June 7, 2021. Patricia was born on March 4, 1948, to Harold Eugene Aman and Helen Laverne Singleton in Bridgeport, Texas. Patricia had lived in Madison County since 2014 coming from Elkhart, Texas. During her life, Patricia was a hairdresser for many years and a housewife. She also handmade clothes for her children. Looking back now, her children thought the clothes were beautiful. Patricia dedicated her entire life to Christ. She was a devoted Christian woman with a heart of gold.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Melvin Jay Aman. Left to cherish her memory includes her loving husband, Donald Phillps of Madisonville; daughters, Machelle Elaine Hamilton (Bryant) of Azle, Texas, Cathy Annette Vanhoutan (Kahn) of Weatherford, Texas; son, Jarod Phillips (Shannon) of Marysville, Washington; brothers, Charles Arnel Aman (Barbara) of Hurst, Texas, David Orlan Aman of Arlington, Texas; grandchildren, Manda Evans, Erika Knighton and husband Robbie, Ashlee Earnest and husband Houston, Nicole Smith and husband Josh, Austin Vanhoutan and wife Kinzie, Tyler Hamilton and wife Skye, Maci Hamilton, Rachel Wood and one granddaughter on the way and twelve great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Patricia will be held 1:00 P.M., Monday, June 14, 2021, at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas. Rev. David Medina will officiate the service. A brief visitation will take place prior to the service at 11:00 A.M., to service time at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Oxford Cemetery, North Zulch, Texas.

Pallbearers: Kahn Vanhoutan, Bryant Hamilton, Austin Vanhoutan, Houston Earnest, Robbie Knighton, Ross Bates, Terry Collins.
