Santos Francisco De La Rosa

A funeral mass for Santos De la Rosa, age 43 of Bedias, will be held at 10 A.M., Thursday, December 28, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Madisonville, Texas. Father Mark Kusmirek will officiate the service, and interment will follow in the Bedias Baptist Cemetery in Bedias, Texas. A public visitation will take place from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M., with a rosary recited from 6 P.M. to 7 P.M. on Wednesday, December 27th at Madisonville Funeral Home.

Santos Francisco De la Rosa was born on July 24, 1974 in Houston, Texas to Francisco & Amelia (Cortez) De la Rosa. He had lived in the Bedias area for the past five years and worked as an auto mechanic until his health began to fail him. Mr. De la Rosa was a family oriented man and enjoyed being with his them as much as possible. He passed away suddenly on December 19, 2017 at his home in Bedias.

Surviving family members include parents: Francisco De la Rosa & Amelia Cortez; wife, Betty Rodriguez; daughters, Karina Rodriguez and Gazelle De la Rosa; brothers, Humberto, Felipe & Steve Ramirez and Daniel De la Rosa and sisters, Juana Varvela, Maria del Scoorro, Lucia Hernandez, Maria Concepcion Ramirez and Maria Guadalupa Martinez.
